Cancellations and Missed Appointments
Your appointments are very important to us at Holistic Journey. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients miss the opportunity to receive services.
Any missed appointment, late cancelled, or changed without 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.
There is no refund of full payments or deposits made for event, class or workshops, but the amount paid may be used within the calendar year towards a future service or course. Course manuals and certificates will not be given until full payment has been received.
The information you provide during a private session, class, workshop or electronic communication is of the utmost importance. It will remain strictly confidential and will not be shared with any other parties.
If you received a mailing from Holistic Journey, your email address is either listed with Holistic Journey as someone who has expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future (“opt-in”), or (b) you have registered or purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with Holistic Journey. Your time and attention are respected by controlling the frequency of mailings.
Your email address will never be shared or sold to anyone. If you have received an email in error or you wish to stop receiving emails from Holisitic Journey, you may remove yourself from the mailing list by clicking on the “unsubscribe” button that is at the bottom of each email.
